JWP/Seesaw PA Nomination

Parent Aware Assessment Nomination

In working with the Community Education Director and the Director of Teaching and Learning, I completed the nomination form for JWP's Pre-K assessment. The assessment was ultimately not approved and exposed a litany of issues with requirements in programming.

Administer ACT

I had the opportunity to schedule, administer, and monitor the fall and spring sessions of the ACT. The school board recently questioned in-class grades as compared to MCA and/or ACT data. Given the perception of MCAs, this will be used to aid in that investigation.

Curriculum Alignment

JWP High School has historical issues with aligning curriculum to standards. I worked with the Director of Teaching and Learning and High School Principal to develop two courses that are aligned to state or national standards. This will be used as an example for future curriculum development.
