Observation of New Teacher

I shadowed the elementary principal as he did the pre-observation, observation, and post-observation for a new PE teacher. This was the principal's first time evaluating a teacher using the Danielson Framework.

MTSS Improvement Efforts Inventory

I participated in MDE's MnMTSS 6-session cohort to begin developing a MTSS model at JWP. This particular meeting regarded Improvement Efforts or "initiatives" that have been put into place.

Buy-Back-In on Graduate Profile

At an admin meeting I supported efforts to get buy-in back toward the Graduate Profile. This profile was initially tied to an initiative that was unsuccessful, but the product remains an important part of the work done at JWP.
