I gave a presentation to the superintendent in regards to address the needs of the district, specifically regarding students of color.

A very large behavior situation happened on the playground at recess. The situation involved a ball, a student  being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and an ensuing fight. I did an investigation of the details, corroborated with camera footage, and led a restorative circle with all the students involved.

An area that was frequently noted as being problematic for JWP was the collaboration, or lack thereof, between SPED and Gen Ed teachers.  I worked with the Director of Teaching and Learning to develop a guide for a collaboration meeting. I also facilitated a few of the meetings.
