As a leader for kids and to the community, it is essential that I consistently reflect on the impact of my support, addressing each day as a new opportunity to be courageous in enhancing equity and doing right by kids.

I believe that when given a supports to level a field, all children can grow from challenges and experience success.

I believe that the most important assessment we can do is on our impact. Feedback informs how I lead, not how others have done.
