In an effort ensure that new teachers are acclimated into the culture and curriculum of our school district, I rewrote and restarted our mentor/mentee program for new teachers. This new process now provides mentors with training as well.

In 2022, and again in 2023, we had only one student (different each year) participate in EL programming.  With that, I received results for the different domains that get shared with staff, student, and parents. This informs the next steps in instruction.
