I attended the Adult Learners Workshop Series hosted by South Central Service Cooperative. This allowed me to be able to better support staff through decision making processes such as ORID and LDJ.

Historically, JWP has offered Early Childhood Screenings two days out of the entire school year.  With the addition of another ECSE licensed teacher, screenings are able to be done more frequently. I worked with the Birth to 3 ECSE teacher to develop communication and platforms for increasing the availability and opportunity for ECS.

I drafted a letter to send out to parents regarding their child's eligibility to participate in Targeted Services. The letter shown is not the final iteration, but informed the principal and Targeted Services staff the importance of sharing the "why" of the students' eligibilities.
