In a meeting with the superintendent, I discussed FERPA and the local police department, data privacy in the form of locker numbers, a change impact process, and partnering with a local organization for diversity/implicit bias training.

The admin team discussed the successes and future-forward endeavours for the district. This included a plan to update the strategic plan,  and getting JWP into the FOCP/Backpack Food Program.

JWP has been told that one of its biggest concerns is with behaviors. The admin team conducted a needs assessment with multiple stakeholder groups and coded the responses to create action plans for each.
