Minnesota recently passed a Student Data Privacy Law. 

I created and executed a plan of action to comply with this law and presented it to the school board and implemented the practices within the school.

I built this form to encourage curricular and legal alignment with the technology tools used in the district.

I was given the opportunity to lead summer Targeted Services for the elementary school. In gaining an understanding of the processes involved with  Targeted Services,  I identified that we were not within the scope of the law for having a continual learning plan for students participating.  I created one that is now being used with all elementary summer school students.
